Rohan Brown

Primary consultant Rohan Brown, holds a Bachelor Degree in Business, with majors in accounting and information technology. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant and has worked in the computing industry in Melbourne before joining Green Taylor Partners. The firm is ready and willing to look at any computer problems no matter how small or complicated they seem.

We only support and recommend products that have a high profile in Australia. These include the MYOB and Quicken Family of products.

We can provide a complete service from start to finish.

This includes:

Green Taylor Partners and Rohan are MYOB Professional Partners. Rohan is also a former MYOB Quality Consultant, which means we have access to the latest information to help clients to use their computing software to the maximum.

MYOB is one of the best accounting packages on the market, offering users a cost effective solution to their business book keeping needs The MYOB family is primarily made up of MYOB Accounting (with optional integrated payroll), MYOB Premier and MYOB RetailManager. Retail Manager, which is a point of sale system, and is the perfect choice for most business' Point of Sale requirements.

The Quicken & QuickBooks Family

The Quicken and QuickBooks family is a very well established organisation throughout the world. Green Taylor Partners are members of the Quicken Professional Partners program, providing us access to the extensive support of Quicken as well as up to date software at all times.

Quicken is one of the most capable of the Cashbook style programs on the market, and allows the computerisation of simple book keeping functions. This would replace the day-to-day cashbook, and allow the inputting of budgeted figures, performance of bank reconciliations and printing of a number of handy reports. The program also has the facility to account for investments such as shares.

QuickBooks is in the same category as MYOB Accounting and is aimed at businesses, which require the recording of simple cashbook functions, and other information such as debtors and creditors, and management of stock.

Quick Payroll allows businesses to automate their payroll and provides a very powerful system for not only the recording of wages and/or salaries, but also the maintaining of Superannuation and leave entitlements. This program can then download payroll information to QuickBooks or Quicken to fulfil the accounting function of the payroll.
